Converging Voices LLC was founded by Kai Degner to provide a new, fresh, and effective style of event design and facilitation to the Shenandoah Valley and beyond.  Going beyond traditional event design, CV takes pride in designing spaces that let participants bring their ideas, questions, answers, and expertise into conversation. 

CV offers consulting for individual events, meetings, retreats and/or conferences for groups of 5-500 people.  

Depending on the needs and objectives of the client, CV will design a customized combination of team-building, small- and large-group brainstorming activities, and deliberative processes designed to move towards focused action plans.  Events can range from a few hours to a few days.  In some instances, a sequence of sessions over a number of weeks or months may be an appropriate solution.

Note: Kai Degner currently serves as Executive Director of the Arts Council of the Valley in Harrisonburg, VA, and thus provides these services only on a part-time basis.
